Terms & Conditions

1. Once admission is confirmed and fees are paid, the fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad only.
2. It's compulsory for all the students to be on time. If students will be late in classes then he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class.
3. It's compulsory for all to park their vehicle as per restrictions.
4. It's compulsory to pay attention during lecture. Unnecessary comments will not be entertained.
5. It's compulsory to bring textbook and notebook to the class. And doing homework is must for all.
6. It's is requested to be attentive during classes and do not miss classes unnecessarily as it is for your own benefit. If leave is required it's important to inform classes before 1 day. In case of emergency parents have to inform to the classes about the issue to the classes.
7. It is the responsibility of parents to keep a check on their child's attendance. Classes are not responsible for any such issue.
8. Mobile phones are strictly restricted in classes.
9. All students must strictly follow the rules of classes.
10. If students will not come in their respective batches allotted to them he/she will not be allowed in other batch. Unless and until any major issue is noticed.
11. It is important to complete the selected course within the due period.
12. If any student will be absent for more than 15 days, the authority for the admission of that student will be the final decision of the administration.
13. If the mode of payment of the fees is in installments as discussed with the administration it is compulsory to pay each installment at decided date.
14. Corona or any other else disease or issue is not the matter of classes. Classes are not responsible for any such loss.
15. If any student is suffering from fever, cough, cold, throat infection or any symptoms related to Corona then student can take a leave of 15 days from the administration. He/she will not be allowed in the class if any such symptoms are noticed.
16. Proper face mask and hand sanitizer is compulsory for all students. It is important to bring your own face mask and sanitizer to the classes.
17. If any student gets a job within the course duration. The admin will decide the time for such cases. If the given new time is not suitable for the student and he/she will not come to classes for 15 days then their admission will be declared as cancelled.
18. In any condition fee is non refundable.
19. Subject to Ahmadabad Jurisdiction.
